Jo Cameron BEng, Chartered MCIPD, MA – Host and Creator

Jo Cameron set up her first business in 2004. In 2006 she beat off tens of thousands of other hopefuls to secure her place in the hit TV show The Apprentice. She remains a well-known media personality and business-woman.

Her High Performance Academy runs highly acclaimed seminars and training programmes. She has an enviable list of FTSE 100 clients and a growing bank of public sector ones too.  The main focus of which is two specialisms, Bouncebackability – Achieving over Adversity and the WOW Programme – Progressing Women at Work.

Academically she has studied to Masters Degree level focussing on progression of minorities in the workplace.

She brings to the WOW Awards her professional background, business contacts and her energy for women’s progression.

She is Patron of Sands (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Charity) and is an active fundraiser to which a donation will be made from this event.

Lisa Ibbotson – Event Manager and Creator

Lisa has worked within the events industry for the last 12 years and during this time has managed a large number of events across the UK and worked with members of the Royal Family, MP’s and other well-known celebrities.  She has an excellent track record of arranging outstanding events from start to finish.

Lisa is passionate about the development of women in the workplace, having had her own challenges in senior corporate roles.
Her aim is to help promote those women who are climbing up the career ladder to congratulate them on their achievements and prove to other women that we can all get to the top with a bit of determination!

Lisa brings to the WOW Awards her breath of experience of organising events, her business connections and her ambitions for other women.
