Booking conditions
Important note: Receipt of your booking indicates acceptance of liability to pay the attendance fee, unless Women on Their Way Ltd is notified in writing your place is reserved and 10 days notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. Women on Their Way reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to an event.
The booking form constitutes a legally binding contract.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Women on Their Way Ltd to change the content and timings of the programme, the speakers, the date and venue. Whilst every effort will be made to prevent this, in the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, Women on Their Way will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
