Our specially developed Women on Their Way programmes supports the progression of women at work or in business; anywhere women are under-represented. It’s a twelve step process for women to improve their chances of progression.
Ideally it’s a two day programme but can be delivered in modular format, over the web or as part of a DVD distance learning programme.
It’s straightforward and easy to apply with strategies and tips that can be applied today to make women’s working life more straightforward. It addresses the difference in male and female working patterns and strategies, building awareness and therefore improving life at work.
We support the public sector with their positive action campaigns and in the private sector we improve the bottom line by increasing the representation of women at all levels.
Organisations need an equal balance of men and women to match the different customer requirements and that’s the gap that is filled by Women on Their Way. In the public sector, equal representation produces better levels of service too.
